I want to add another one: dancing! This comes with benefit of it doubling as exercise. I try to fit in a little bit when I remember, about a half hour after supper. Otherwise I sit around like a lump and get thicker, anyway. Might as well try to learn a new move to impress the ladies (as if haha, I only have to impress my one lady 😂)

Love that! Dancing is great medicine for the body and soul. And good for brain health memorizing the steps and also coordination. 💃🏻
My wife is doing all the creative hobbies these days while I’m the brain games guy (aside from learning a new language)
