Another banger! Great and well-explained breathing strategies!

I truly believe intentional breathing offers the bridge between our rational and emotional minds. When emotions take over and we are aware we are in a less than ideal state, consciously taking over the autonomic function of breathing is the most efficient path to rationality. So much opportunity when we make this process one we consciously control.

I’ve found breathwork to be the most transformative stress management tool to date! It took me a while to find the one that worked best for me (box breathing) but honestly it’s so amazing that you can tune into your breath and just change your state so quickly!

Love me some box breathing. Have you tried increasing the number from 4 up to whatever you can maintain yet? Make that stress management strategy stressful when you aren’t stressed!
