I was totally in your camp and admiring your post, until… burpees?!!!! I can’t think of a better way to ruin the day than burpee’s. Have you been talking to Kyle?

I’m with Marshall on the burpees! Although I would do kettlebell. There’s just got to be limits and burpees is it.

Haha I did Kyle’s burpee challenge a few months back and ended up falling back in love with burpees, but definitely not for everyone! 😂

This is excellent advice, Genevieve! I love how clear, simple and grounded you keep it. A morning routine doesn't have to be long or elaborate - this was the false belief that deterred me for so long! In the last month, I've actively worked on implementing a morning routine that looks very similar to yours, and most importantly, fits in with the reality of my life as a busy working mum of three young kids who's chronically sleep deprived haha. Thank you for writing this!
